Our Process

Once our contact form is filled out, you’ll be redirected to our calendar to schedule a free bid meeting. We begin with a personalized consultation where we take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and vision for your home. During this meeting, we walk the space with you, discuss ideas, and identify opportunities you may not have considered. If interested, we can also discuss our financing options with you at this time.

Estimate

Once we have seen the potential job site, we begin building your estimate. This typically takes about 1 week to get an accurate cost estimate, unless drawings and engineering are needed. We always recommend that homeowners get multiple quotes to compare so you feel confident in your decision.

Contract & Booking

Once you’re ready to move forward, we finalize your project contract and secure your place on our construction schedule. You’ll receive clear guidelines, next steps, and what to expect leading up to your start date. You will also receive key contacts and a clear communication plan.

Design & Pre-construction

Once your contract is signed and your booking deposit is paid, we begin the design process. Our in-house selections assistant will help bring your vision to life with custom mood boards and specifically curated pieces for your project. Our selections assistant will help you choose finishes and fixtures that you can be confident will align with your design goals, and will help you manage your budget. We order all materials needed so you can take the stress off of having to make sure it arrives on time. During this time, we are planning our trades, confirming material deliveries, and preparing your home and our team for a seamless project. This preparation is what allows your project to run efficiently, stay on schedule, and maintain the level of quality we’re known for.

Construction

During construction, your dedicated project manager oversees every detail — from coordinating trades to maintaining quality standards — while keeping you informed along the way. You will also receive weekly updates from our office with our plan for the week ahead. This allows you to know what to expect and when. We treat your home with respect and keep the job site as clean and organized as possible throughout the process.

Completion and Closeout

As your project nears completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure every element meets your expectations. Any final adjustments are handled promptly, and we don’t consider the job complete until you are fully satisfied. Our goal isn’t just to finish your project — it’s to deliver your dream home that you’re proud to come home to every day.
