Contact & Bidding

Once our contact form is filled out, you’ll be redirected to our calendar to schedule a free bid meeting. We begin with a personalized consultation where we take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and vision for your home. During this meeting, we walk the space with you, discuss ideas, and identify opportunities you may not have considered. If interested, Chris can also discuss our financing options with you at this time.

Estimate

Once Chris has seen the potential job site, we begin building your estimate. This typically takes about 1 week to get an accurate cost estimate, unless drawings and engineering are needed. We always recommend that homeowners get multiple quotes to compare so you feel confident in your decision.

Contract & Booking

Once you’re ready to move forward, we finalize your project contract and secure your place on our construction schedule. You’ll receive clear timelines, next steps, and what to expect leading up to your start date. You will also receive key contacts and a clear communication plan.

Design

Once your contract is signed and your booking deposit is paid, we can begin the design process. Our in-house selections assistant will help bring your vision to life with custom mood boards and specifically curated pieces for your project.

Construction

Throughout your project, you’ll receive consistent updates, including weekly progress reports, so you always know what’s been completed, what’s next, and how everthing is tracking. You’ll never have to wonder what is happening with your with your project.
