Eric Metts
Eric Metts is Co-Owner of CMR Home Solutions. Eric is married to Brandi and they have a beautiful daughter, River, who is 10, and Reid, who is 3. Eric started CMR 15 years ago with the intention of following in his dad’s footsteps. CMR is a family-owned, 3rd generation construction company.
Unlike other contracting companies, Eric and Chris started the company working hands-on which enhanced their knowledge for construction processes and materials. Eric personally monitors job sites ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and communicates directly with homeowners.
In Eric’s free time he enjoys watching local professional sports teams (especially the Cowboys, Mavericks, and Texas Rangers—CMR), fishing long weekends, and spending time with family.
Chris Metts
Chris Metts is Co-Owner of CMR Home Solutions. Chris is married to his wife Jayla and they have a daughter, Amelia (7y), and son, Luke (3y). Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Midwestern State University in 2015. Upon graduating, Chris partnered with his brother, Eric to expand CMR Home Solutions.
Chris’ background in home renovations and new construction started as a child when he and his older brothers, Eric and Tim, worked for their dad in his subdivision after school and on Summer Breaks. You will see Chris on job sites ensuring quality and efficiency, but will also be in contact with Chris via email about estimates, contracts, and invoices. Chris works with our in house designers to help curate layouts that best fit your kitchen, bath, or general household space.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughter’s soccer team, and cheering on his favorite sports teams (The Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers—CMR)
Jayla Metts
Jayla Metts is Co-Owner and Business Manager. She is married to her husband, Chris. They have a daughter, Ameilia (7), and son, Luke (3).
Jayla graduated from Midwestern State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in general business. Jayla and her sister-in-law, Brandi founded and recently sold one of the most sought-after floral design companies in the DFW area. Today, she uses her education and entrepreneurial experience to continuously improve the business processes, strategies, and client experience at CMR Home Solutions.
Daryl Metts
Daryl Metts is a project manager at CMR Home Solutions. Daryl has been married to his wife, Heidi for 38 years. They have 4 children, Rebecca, Eric, Tim, and Chris. They have 9 beautiful grandchildren.
Daryl began his work in construction in 1999. Since then he has built custom homes across Wise, Parker, Montague, and Tarrant Counties. Daryl brings with him 23 years of quality, professional experience in the new build area. You will see Daryl on job sites ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and communicating directly with homeowners.
In his free time, Daryl enjoys spending time with his family and grandkids.
Sam Barsanti
Sam brings a strong background in residential construction and project management to the CMR team. He has helped build dozens of new homes while working directly with homeowners throughout the process.
Sam enjoys being involved in all the moving pieces that bring a project together. He takes pride in exceptional quality, clear communication, solving problems as they arise, and ensuring homeowners feel informed and confident from start to finish.
At CMR, Sam especially enjoys helping turn a homeowner’s dream into a finished space they can live in and enjoy.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, family, their two dogs, and is always up for a lake day, cooking for friends, or finding any excuse to get outside.
Allie HARESNAPE
Allie Haresnape is our Office Administrator. Allie is married to her husband, Wrangler, and they have a 1 year old named Kash.
As our Office Administrator, Allie helps keep CMR organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She assists homeowners throughout their projects by preparing and sending contracts, estimates, invoices, and other important project documents while helping maintain clear communication between our clients and team.
She also works closely with our project managers and office team to keep project information organized and up to date. From helping homeowners with questions to coordinating paperwork and keeping important details moving, Allie helps make sure our clients have a smooth experience from the beginning of their project through completion.
In her free time, Allie loves being around family & friends and hunting with her dogs and Wrangler.
patrick miller
Patrick Miller is our Project Success Coordinator. He is married to his wife, Kortney. They have 4 sons, Jackson (15), Carter (6), Camden (5), and Walker (4).
Patrick has been in construction for over 10 years. Patrick supports our project managers, field teams, and clients by helping keep projects organized and efficient. His role bridges the gap between the field and office through jobsite coordination, project documentation, and customer support. When he’s not on a jobsite, Patrick can be found at local community and networking events.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys being outside and spending time with his family.
Kiersten Durling
Kiersten Durling is our in-house Designer. Kiersten is married to her Husband, Elliot, and together thet have two daughters
Kiersten stays current on the latest trends, materials, and styles to bring any vision to life. She uses her design knowledge and experience to assist our clients through the entire selection process. Her custom mood boards and life-like drawings aid homeowners in their decision-making and enables them to visualize the finished project.
In her free time, Kiersten can often be found cheering on her daughters at competitive cheer competitions. When she’s home, she enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out on their mini farm.
